Persons having basic /9-year/, stationary and high education may enter the University.

Students of basic education are admitted for 6 years educational period.

Students of stationary education are admitted for 4 years educational period.

Students of high education are admitted for 2 years educational period.

The order of exam- admittance  

The entrance exam is divided into 2 phases and it includes the following exams.

First phase -Interview

Second phase  -Specialistic exams

Applicants of basic education doesn’t take specialistic exams.

Privilages

a/ the applicants who have taken the entrance exams and in whose basic educational certificate the qualitative progress is higher than 80% will enter the University with 50% discount

b/ the students with 50-80% qualitative progress will be given the right to pay up the fee with 25% discount.

The University is represented to be the organiser of the yearly competition of the authoriting poetry “PARNAS’’. In it’s  competitive  commission the members of the unity of Armenian writers with the leadership of Abgar  Apinyan are the permanent participants.

The University also organises the republican histrionic children-youth festival “BEM”.In the workship of it’s competitive commission the well-known republican artists such as Tereza Grigoryan, Hrachuhi Ginanyan, Varduhi Khachatryan, Raisa Mkrtchyan, Vladimir Abajyan, Azat Gasparyan, the administrator of the agency of the Ministry of Culture Razmik Abrahamyan, composers Vardan Achemyan, Rouslan Galstyan, Gusan Hamazasp, conductor Aleksan Eknosyan, the honoured artists of RA Susanna  Safaryan, Sjuzan Margaryan, Ashot  Khazaryan, Gayane Mkrtchyan, khamancha-player Hrachik Muradyan, Artavazd Bayatyan, Azat Abrahamyan, Gagik Ginosyan - the  artistic manager of   the traditional assembly of sing and dance “Karin’’and the others  are  the disinterested and unbiased   participants.  

The beloved singers Margarita and Vladimir Barkhoyans, Ani Kristy, Silva Hakobyan,Armen Khazaryan, the sole-singers of the assembly “Sayat Nova” Siranush Galstyan and Sargis Khachatryan, TVannouncers Tereza Kadaevchyan, Aram Gyurjyan, Elena Arshakyan and many others have done their first steps in this festival.
